We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need.

2. Late Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. This fee helps us cover the lost time and resources allocated for your session.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing notice will also incur a charge for the full cost of the service.
